HANDOUT - The Forests Dialogue has initiated a series of multi-stakeholder dialogues on REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) Finance Mechanisms. The second dialogue under the initiative was co-hosted by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and Intercooperation on 19-20 July 2009, in Montreux, Switzerland.
